Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2, 2026. Short version: we hold what we need to write and deliver your league's newsletter, and nothing is sold to anyone.
What we collect
Your name, email address, and password (stored only as a salted hash); subscriber email addresses the commissioner adds; and your league's data from its platform — team names, manager usernames, rosters, scores, transactions — plus any lore, nicknames, or notes the commissioner writes. Payments are handled by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.
What we do with it
We use it to produce editions, deliver them, bill the league, and answer support requests. That's the list. No advertising, no analytics trackers, no selling or renting data. The one cookie we set keeps you signed in.
Who processes it for us
Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Railway (hosting), and Anthropic, whose AI writes the editions — league data for the week is sent there to generate the text. Each gets only what its job requires.
League pages
Edition archives live at unlisted web addresses that can't be guessed and are excluded from search engines — anyone your league shares the link with can read them, which is the point. Commissioners can ask us to rotate a league's link if it travels further than intended.
Other people's names
Newsletters naturally mention your league's managers by their platform usernames and team names. Commissioners connect a league on the league's behalf; if someone in your league objects, the commissioner can adjust names in settings or remove the league entirely.
Deleting your data
Removing a league from your dashboard deletes its editions, settings, lore, and subscriber list. Deleting your account removes your leagues and your sign-in. Anything left over (like billing records we must keep for tax purposes) can be requested through the contact page.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we'll email the commissioner address on file. For anything else, the contact page reaches a human.
